Tournament rules:
• FIBA rules apply with the following exceptions:

• Halftime: 5 minutes

• No reduction in playing time

• No overtime; games tied at the end of regulation will remain a tie

• Please note that there will be no tournament app or online platform (such as Exposure Events) to view schedules or scores. 

• A QR code linking to the schedule will be posted at all venues. 

• We ask all coaches and team managers to carefully verify game times and communicate them to their athletes, parents, and supporters throughout the weekend.

ADMISSION – PARENTS, FRIENDS & FANS

Please inform all parents and supporters:

• Daily Admission: $10 (FREE for children ages 8 and under) 
• Weekend Pass: $25
• Wristbands must be worn at all times.
• Four venues will accept card payments. We still recommend bringing cash.

PARKING

• Free parking is available at most venues.
• Paid parking may apply at Centre Sportif du Cégep Édouard-Montpetit.
• Parking at Cégep Édouard-Montpetit is charged per entry, and no daily pass is available.
• We strongly recommend using the free street parking available around the venue.

COACHES INFORMATION

• Only coaches listed on the official team rosters will be permitted on team benches (maximum of 3) and in the playing area.
• Coaches will receive wristbands for identification and bench access.

ATHLETIC THERAPY

• A certified athletic therapist will be present at every venue.
• Athletes requiring taping should arrive early and bring their own tape and materials.
• Taping materials will be available for purchase (cash only).

BASKETBALLS

• No basketballs will be provided for warm-ups or games.
• Teams must bring their own basketballs.
• The home team is responsible for providing the game ball.

STREAMING & VIDEO COVERAGE

• Games will not be filmed or streamed by the tournament.
• Teams may film their own games.
• Any non-coaching personnel filming games must purchase a daily or weekend admission pass.

CANTEEN & FOOD OPTIONS

• Full canteen service featuring Jamaican and Haitian cuisine.

Collège Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes
• Restaurant Boustan kiosk featuring Lebanese fusion cuisine.

CLEANLINESS & FACILITY RESPECT

Please help us keep our facilities clean and welcoming:

• Team benches must remain clean.
• Chairs and benches must be returned to their proper locations after each game.
• Used ice bags must be disposed of properly.
• Spills must be reported immediately to the floor manager.
• No food is permitted on team benches; water bottles only.
• Parents and fans are also expected to respect facility cleanliness.

SLAM VOLUNTEERS

SLAM volunteers will be available throughout the weekend to assist teams, coaches, and spectators. They will be easily identifiable in their SLAM t-shirts.
